So let us pray.. Oh Father, God,  we so thankful that you allow us to be in front of your people, and I pray lord, that whatever is said and done here will bring glory to your name! I thank you in Jesus name.  Today we are talking about How to reverse diabetes?

amen, amen, amen, amen, well, hello, hello, everyone uh; my name is holly stewart from inspired by god, ministries, and we are here together with brother, danzil and brother richard all right, and we are here today giving you all some health updates On diabetes, so we’re coming here to present information on diabetes, we um the diabetes we all know is when your blood sugar is exceedingly high. Okay and normally we get a blood sugar over a three day period, so we know the normal rate. Anyone remember the normal range for the blood sugar. The normal rate of blood sugar is 5.6. You want to make sure that it is 5.6 or less wow. That’S the the the english caribbean scale, but if it’s american scale less than 100

All right so from 99, so from 60 to 99 we said: that’s a normal uh blood sugar and we normally test your blood sugar. Every morning that is called a fasting blood sugar. So you want your blood sugar to always be below 100 and we say type um pre-diabetic is from from 100 to 120, okay, 100 to 120. That’S in america here and full-blown diabetes above is above 120 right, so um. We just want to give that a little information about diabetes, because some people are thinking that, for instance, that they don’t have to be fasting. You know it’s important that you have to be fast and what’s what’s fasting, you know because we we talk about fasting, but what is fasting? You know anybody else answer, but generally what is considered fasting well fasting.

As i understand it is um not um putting any food inside your mouth accepting water over a period of a certain amount of hours, would you say eight hours? Yes, so eight or more hours, so almost time fasting is constructed, don’t eat the last meal say some people eat the last meal, like eight o’clock per se, hypothetically okay from eight o’clock till eight in the morning or whatever time before they eat the next meal. That period is what considers fasting. So if you are fast for that period – and the first thing you do is check your blood sugar in the morning and your blood sugar is above 100, say say: 120 consistently for three days, then you have something to look.

Then, how to reverse diabetes? You have to look towards diabetes, okay, so it’s after three days, consecutively, you’re testing, your blood sugar. If you have been fasting for eight or more hours and every time you wake up, your blood sugar is above 100 in the 120s and above then you are considered. You can safely say that you’re having some issue with your blood sugar and that’s something that we need to rectify and that’s why we’re here to to help people how to rectify that problem. You know what i mean all right, so um we could talk about the physical, but we could also talk about the spiritual. We could talk about the spiritual.

The bible says it is not good to eat much honey. Much honey is not, it is good to eat honey but much honey. It’s like a temper and stuff right, temperance, so you got ta be temperate in all things: okay and we uh. We are when we talk about temperance and we talked about being temporary. What comes to mind doing everything in moderation in whatever balance, and they also come to mind for us, they lower their health. They see what comes in to us.

They lose a headache that comes in temperance all right, so it’s it’s important to be temporary, but i’m just going to go forward as we we are covering just about the the sweet killer that we we, we always you say, sweet and deadly yeah. I mean when we’re talking about diabetes. Diabetes is a disease. That is, is it something that we say is come from sweet, but it also comes from fats, but i’m going to talk about that. The next word, just people in their mind, know that it is more or less come from sweet. Okay, just leave it at that, but there’s more to it. Okay, there’s a passage i’d like to share with our or our viewership um, proverbs. 26. 2.

Proverbs 26. 2. Right as we talk about the sweet killer and the oil, i think this is a very important passage of scripture that we need to look on all right. So um with the benzel. Have you found it proverbs? Chapter 26 verse two found it all right and it reads as the bird by wondering as they swallow by flying. So the curse causeless shall not come. Oh, my that’s deep right here, so you break that down a little bit. It’S a they curse, cause less! So there’s everything if they, if you know the cause, because the cause that brings up all the kids, do you understand me? That’S right the cause, that’s according to the bible, but there’s another text i was related to, as we were talking about text.

There’S another text in um proverbs: 25, 27 proverbs 25 27 and progress 25 27 talks about it is not good to eat much honey so for the men to search their own glory is not glory so so here the bible again was talked about it is. It is not good to eat much honey. I was talking about the temperance a while ago. Yeah i mean so. These are the things that we have to understand as how it goes i mean, but this thing here we are trying to identify diabetes and already we are already shown that diabetes, diabetes is when your blood sugar consistently for three days is above 100. Right remember: we said that right right, so it’s not if you’re 56, all right so some of the viewers who don’t know that, okay and also we know that diabetes, is more or less caused from the bible, saying mutually interpreting something: okay in temperance in something, and we some most people – think it’s by eating sweets, for instance, okay, But it also has to do with fats, but we’ll talk about that a little later, but we see that diabetes is a disease. Anybody remember what is a disease and you remember what is that disease um? I i give it my best best shot. Well, you guys. You want to give the best of this written right there. It’S a little idea. Diabetes is an effort of nature to free the system from conditions that results from a violation of the laws of health, amen, all right diseases and effort of nature to free the system.

From conditions that results from a violation of the laws of life, laws of this is all we’re talking about another viewers who don’t know the laws of them. There are eight laws of health, and god has put them in place for us and we go by the acronym of new start, but some people go back after they know. God is god’s plan, but news that has a view.

You talk about nutrition, okay, nutrition exercise. If exercise is very important for a person, who’s suffering from diabetes to get the exercise – okay and proper nutrition means that abstaining from starchy foods, okay, abstaining from much of starchy foods and more eating more vegetables, because i know back in the island, we eat a lot Of statue, foods like the ground provisions and all those kind of stuff yeah exactly every day. You know i mean but you’re not exercising, and that’s where the problem lies right. A lot of people are coming down with diabetes right now. But what are they? What i say they receive, they talk about nutrition, talk about exercise, but what else again is under eight laws: water, water, lots of water, lots of ones? Eight ounces. Sorry um remind me at least half your body weight at least half of the weight in ounces.

Okay, so you know the general american thing is eight cups of water, but you need to at least if you’re bigger, you need to have more um, more water in yourself right. So if you, if you, if your weight is 160 pounds, you need to be consuming at least 80 ounces of water per day. That’S half your body’s weight man! That’S exactly that’s how easy you can remember once you understand those numbers there yeah i mean. Do you remember what another eight laws, the eight laws uh we have, which the main one is, is godly trust, that’s the that’s the main one. That’S the main one and the reason i believe that’s the main one is because the bible says our health come from the lord amen. You know what i mean, and god said in in exodus, 15, 26 and the lord that he let thee. So if we know that as godly trust and trust that god is the one who will do that for us, then there’s nothing else to to worry over. Here i mean okay and another one that is pertaining to us here at least especially people who are not confined to inside the home is getting fresh, clean.

Yeah, remember i mean yeah, it’s very important. I mean proper tobacco kind of dwight, says: um, proper circulation, proper health, that’s right, yeah to good circulation. So you do that. But anyway, what’s the other um sunlight? Oh man, that’s also added with the air sunlight, oh beautiful sunlight, and we need at least all of some activity. Definitely definitely – and imagine these by these – these simple things: there’s the vitamin d actually in the protocol for people who are suffering with diabetes, vitamin d tend to re lower your blood sugar, significantly, okay, so vitamin d is very important just like, and you get vitamin d For more just going outside, i’m sorry, you know: do you want to buy supplements cheap? It’S free, just buy the vitamin d it’s affordable, affordable free is always affordable. So those are the things that we like to and notice everything we talked so far. Lower your blood sugar, it’s something that you could get right outside!

It’S free, and i guess that’s why it’s called god’s plan. Oh why? Because everything from god is but anyway, i just want to bring here, because we are here in this little moment that we come together with everybody here and online is just to let them know about diabetes, and you know some people say that diabetes is there’s no Cure for diabetes, we need to rest. When is the best time tourists used to be in bed by nine o’clock: nine pm, nine pm.

Why? Because um, each other for twelve counts for two, so between nine and twelve you’re, actually getting double for your money, so you get in six hours for three hours. Six hours, rest and that’d be good for those people and most time most likely. People who are suffering diabetes, don’t have enough breathing suffer from a kind of insomnia kind of stuff. But if you said, if you’re able to get a rest between nine and 12, where the body could be able to heal, that’s right, then you could be able to help your pancreas. That’S right! That’S right! The last one is we’re touching it with temperance, yeah, temperance, um, doing everything in moderation, balance balance all right, but i asked yeah. We talked about exercise we did. But let me also mention this here, because we are talking about diabetes and we understand a diabetes.

Is a disease? Yes, and we say that some people say that it’s in cure diabetes, but we can see that we know that there is how much types of diabetes two main types. There are two main types: sometimes three: okay, but and sometimes four actually, but we’ll just deal with the two main type that people commonly know about people commonly know about type one diabetes and people commonly know about type 2, diabetes, okay, but there’s gestational diabetes and their Infant journal that’d be, but so when i go there, but the type 1 and the type 2 diabetes what people know, but which one is the one that most people are getting 90 to. 95 of persons have type 2 diabetes, type, 2 diabetes and there’s a type 2 diabetes. What is that true diabetes? That is um when the insulin is not getting into the cells yeah, but tight diabetes other than that fact that it’s more or less a lifestyle cause diabetes right. That’S right, lifestyle cause and so most times people who have type 2 diabetes what they tend to do consume too much sugar. They they tend to work all over, eat, temperance, they’re, breaking the time so they’re overeating and that’s what i’ve over eaten and lack of exercise. So there’s one extreme and that extreme is they’re not doing the stuff that is needed to break down that sugar. You know, i mean, i know only overeating or overeating of a certain type of food. You have seen that, and i don’t know about you all the way you all are located, but in america everything is either too sweet or just white and salt, so sugar is almost in everything, sugar and salt yeah i mean so that’s what a lot of people Who are getting diet type? Two diabetes lot of fried food, kfc, burger, king and we’re not in jamaica right now, but yeah iron girl is is is one of the staples in jamaica but burger king kfc taco bell and all those fast food guys. You know the load of people with all that oil and sweet meat and sweet that yeah.

Let’S see a lot of people are tied to diabetes, they say i said that they eat a lot of you, said mcdonald’s and those kind of stuff, and that i will call it out, though fat, but we know when some of these things are originated from the Disease, sometimes we get a disease in a plate. You know what i mean: that’s right, so it’s based on what we consume: okay, yeah, so so um. If, if our food is our medicine right, the universe is also true that bad food, you know, can be to our demise. Yes, and that’s so true, that is so true, so we need. We need some people who are who understand that, especially if you are a child or adult and don’t know how to like prepare food.

Food preparation is very key in fighting type 2 diabetes. Food preparation. If you know exactly you know, turn the pyramid right side up. The full perimeter when i talk about the food pyramid: okay, right now, the full perimeter upside down – but if you turn the right side up a little your base, be your vegetables. How much your veggies your veggies! Should we be eating every day? Well, that’s a good question. At least half your portion of your plate should be um the vegetables very important point, half of your plate, raw vegetables. So we know some people, don’t know vegetables, some people don’t like vegetables. I used to be one of those persons now to be honest with you, but once i saw the benefit of eating vegetables and you spice it up with a nice salad.

You know it comes to like it tastes, good and your body know that it is healthy for you, it’s a it’s a a woman right here. Yes – and i i just i something on the screen for the people to view here. It’S saying that, according to the medical science, there is no cure for type 2 diabetes. That’S according to medical science, type 2 diabetes. There is no cure for it. You do you agree or disagree with it all right. Let’S see what the word of god says about that um: let’s turn to exodus: 50. Verse, 26 exodus. 15. 26.

All right, let’s see what um the word of god is: singapore that is no cure for diabetes. All right, i read and said: if thou would diligently arc into the voice of the lord thy god and will do that which is right in his sight and will give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes. I will put none of diseases upon you, which i have brought upon the egyptians, for. I am the lord that he left thee. So the question is: can god heal us of diabetes amen, he can he can and he wants to and he desires to because he, the bible, says that he made a way out. I will talk about the vegetables as a way how god made a way out. First, that if we eat ourselves into diabetes, we can eat ourselves out of diabetes. So it’s just a matter of knowing how to your portions it’s about portions, it’s sometimes even an expertise. Sometimes we over eat by having um large, these large portions, you know biggest size. This supersize this and all that i mean these stuff, is what causes the problem, in most cases, bringing the fat bringing the congestion in the heart doing all this stuff.

That is related when it comes to diabetes. That’S one of the problems that we face as a people today, you know snacking is also a big one. You know eating between meals and you know piling up. You know that that that that fatty, you know sweet food in our you know stomachs. You know bloodstream, that’s the problem, so i just want to add to some two things here, because we want the purpose of us coming online talking about diabetes, because we want to share gems with you, okay, jim. We want to show it stuff that could be that you could use today that could be able to show a drastic reduction in your blood sugar numbers. Okay, and these things we mentioned some of them so far, but we’re gon na go into them much more deeper. Where your blood sugar could be this one way, and then this from here on out? Okay, so let’s give people some encouragement um. If, if somebody has diabetes, yes, you know and they follow god’s plan. Um um god’s laws of health, oh quickly, if they follow it strictly, how quickly can that blood sugar come back to normal, very, very quickly, at least in less than a week you could be able to be back in normal rates less than a week. Can you imagine that you can reverse diabetes in less than a week type 2 diabetes, more specifically using god’s plan, and i just that’s without even herbs or any other supplements or any kind of stuff.

Just using god’s plan, the right everything is found right in your cupboard in the kitchen. If you are assembly, that’s all it is, and sometimes it just means throwing out some stuff. That is not for your health. That is in the fridge. I mean like your your big ice creams or your big. It’S not your favorite. Is that it’s not your friend anymore. Let’S chew them away. You know i mean stop, stop in that. Stop drive past the fast drive pass it. You know what i mean. Don’T don’t stop at the bus, just pass it and come home to some natural, clean, tasty food taste, because there’s a myth that um healthy food is not tasty. That’S a myth! That’S something! Healthy food is tasty. It’S gon na make it tasty yeah man, and we have a a sister here that is um more into consulting with people, how to make um some good meal plans. Okay, but that’s not about no right.

Now we’re not going to talk about that, because i don’t want people looking at the website inside my god ministry. You know we have deal that’s with a lot of people from haitian from haitian countries like from haiti and just um people in general that they don’t know um the whole they if they have blood sugar high blood sugar enough. If they are diabetes, you can you imagine that um most time, people know that they have the high diabetes is when they go to the hospital. You know and there’s some simple tests that you could buy at home from walmart just a little blood pressure. Blood sugar meter less than nine dollars that you could be able to test for three days at home: testing blood sugar for three days at home, or sometimes, if you’re feeling like weak, you know or you’re um you’re eating it you’re not kidding with all these um Hunger issues i can feel the hungry to see those there’s different symptoms that people should show you know they just just don’t know they don’t have to go to an emergency room pay a doctor, um emergency visit pay, a copy or whatever, just to know that there’s Some things that you can know from home yeah i mean and then be able to rectify from home.

I mean that’s what what that’s? What we’re here, for you know what i mean so, but let us um you mentioned: let’s go over the um, the risk factors like who is most likely to have diabetes. Let’S, let’s um touch on that. Well, the the risk factors for people most likely gon na come down with diabetes. It’S time to say what is us people? You know that first people us people more specific and more specific africans, african american americans, african descent, right? Okay, because you know what they say, because we are habitually um habitually, don’t make the best choices when it comes to eating. That’S right: okay, habitually you know, i don’t know culture right and the way how appearance could we love star greasy? Yes, we love that greasy or sweet that plant. The fairy plant is swimming in the oil [ Laughter ], but that’s true. I mean it is a sad, but it’s true, you know what i mean um, you know, and i we have. We have went to um, like i don’t know if you ever go to like another, not a group, restaurant and maybe eat some white rice and noodles and those kind of stuff, and you will notice that we will go and over eat or eat. But they don’t even eat that you know right, they don’t even eat the stuff that they’re cooking. For us. That is so right, but we get sick of some stuff. We have a lot of um msg and all this kind of stuff in the foods yeah i mean because we like the food, it needs to be taste a certain way right, yeah i mean and that’s what i wrote down for us as a people, but but Thank god, god had made answer a way out. First, okay, amen, so i wanted.

If anyone could try me, we could just name because we come down to a point. I don’t know if it’s how much minutes going by so far, but we just wan na just give you something. This is just a part one. Okay, in a series that we’re gon na bring touching on health. It’S a health update, it’s something that we’re gon na. Just bring to the people on a daily basis or a weekly basis or monthly basis, whatever the time is, but that you could be able to to gather from it so right now we talk about diabetes. Are we talking about type 2 diabetes, specifically okay? But so, if do you and remember any um thing like we cover the eight laws already, but any tree that is out there any fruits that is out there any um thing that could help to bring a person blood sugar back down all right before we touch That um, let us um, there’s time up there, your risk factors. Oh you want to title the respect. So, if you import, you cannot understand standing, you know as who is more more likely. You know to come down with um diabetes persons who are obese. That’S a huge response for diabetes, all right persons who are who are sedentary lifestyle. They go on a situation every single day. You know at high risk for diabetes. Persons who get no sunlight throughout the day are high risk for getting diabetes. Persons who have a family history of diabetes are are at risk, diabetes, persons who are pre-diabetic right. You know you can transition to diabetes easily. You know if you’re pre-diabetic um. It is also a factor and um and um persons with like, like dark skin like elbows, you know their their their neck backs are dark and unusual. That’S also another indicator. You know that diagnosis right um, that last one is on the fence between symptoms and risk factors, yeah um yeah, and i have a image of the vid of the nick when they look at the background on the screen right now, so the viewers are seeing exactly

What you’re talking about all right, so i hope that give a better understanding of the person, the type of person’s type of lifestyle, also people who consume um food with a high fat content and a high sugar content. Those persons are great risk of diabetes all right. So so the other thing that we can touch on is the symptoms. What are the symptoms of diabetes um? How can somebody um identify at home they’re having that disorder might be? You know having diabetes well, that that is so simple and because we have um a lot of the symptoms, people who have had the diabetes. We talked about fatigue, okay, we talk about um feeling weak, so these are some of the stuff that some of the symptoms but excessive to us. I have done a screen, so increase tears and frequency of urination wow. So that’s one of the stuff, a big sense when you pee in a lot, that’s yeah, that’s diabetes, okay, and you also have um. When you increase hunger increase hunger, you just feel to eat. You know i mean around the clock and a lot of time when people feel they eat. You know we have a, we have a sometimes we are thirsty, but we we eat something. That’S that sense. We feel the sensation right and we associate it with being hungry and not necessarily with see what i mean: yeah and also weight loss. Okay, all right, so i don’t want to go too far, but that’s just some of the symptoms people will have when it comes to um having diabetes. Okay, all right also, i mentioned: no. Can we go into it now like what what plant or what’s something that we know out there, that could be able to help to bring the person’s blood sugar down all right? I think we should do god’s got um if you have diabetes. What can you do today? Yes, to get your numbers done all right right? Yes, yes, yes, all right! That’S true! Well, let’s wait to do three exercising at least 30 minutes a day. What what actually?

What kind of exercise you’re talking about here physical visit, vigorous exercise, walking walking so like after eat? You could just take a digestive walk, but it’s not just a digestive workforce. You want to have your heart to raise up a little bit. Okay, that’s what we need power work. Yes, that’s right, yeah, that’s very good for people with diabetes, because, most times people have diabetes or overweight. They tend to live a sedimentary lifestyle right, they eat and just the water yeah they’re too active, also sweating. When your heart rate, your heart rate, increases and your body gets to a certain temperature, then this the skin begins to uh. What’S the word for it, uh sweat, excrete, yeah, excretion, huh, right excretion throughout the skin. That’S for releasing those those toxins, um that that are in the body, and so you know the uh something to that. We identify as what get us to a perfect health will be. It will start in the blood, so we want to be able to uh get our blood to a pure state man. You talk, don’t talk, volume nano because together blood in a pure state, we need some detoxing. We need some kind of cleansing program right, okay, because the bible says purge me or god. When you talk about that project. Something is cleansed is a clearance okay, but you know just as you mentioned there claims and detoxing did you remember in may the ninth in 1912 made in 1912 what will be happening on may 1912 detox from hey we’re having a three-day detox program? Man, that’s a good thing to bring in here. Where can that information be formed? Man? That’S that’s the same thing. Information could be found on the website as well on the website on the website. But i believe the spirit of god is already working inside of her. If you understand me so the spirit of the god already might be working in some of your when it comes to having um issues with diabetes or any weight loss, so any kind of problems that might be. You know us being associated based on what we cover here so cover so far, because you don’t need to go to a gym. You could get outside right now, plan something in the garden or you could walk around the block. These stuff is good things that we’re talking about that is basically free and that’s going to produce health. Okay, all right all right. So so brother dancers spoke about uh, getting exercise 30 minutes a day, so that is so so so so 30 minutes uh would be equal to five units of insulin. One hour of exercise of walking would reduce your insulin by ten points or or blood sugar. Sorry, like ten pounds amen just like just by walking alone, walking along. Imagine that’s what people who are already on um, say metformin or insulin. Okay, just walking 30 minutes could reduce your blood sugar by how much points 10 points. 10 points. 10.

Okay, all right! All right and then vitamin d very important for fighting or reversing diabetes one hour per day. What time is the best time to get a good vitamin d well from studies? Okay is that when the sun, when you see a shadow small on the ground, so it so, it’s got to be from noon till then around two or three, where you can have just one hour: 30 minutes in the sun. You can do sunbathing or if you’re just walking you don’t need to be naked. You just need to be have your neck and face on your eyes and your hands. Oh sorry, that’s all you need, so some people have the admit that you have to be naked. In order to get vitamin d, that’s not the case yeah i mean the um, the bible, the only time the bible speaks about nakedness, it talks about demon, possession in uniqueness, and that’s not what we hear about we’re here talking god, everything is in in accordance with His laws, okay, so that’s all! You need just open your neck face and hands. Okay and you get it all right. Another one is set meal times eat the same time every day. The best that i eat two times per day two times it’s best. Three times is: okay, so set me meal times almost hours apart five hours apart five hours apart four to five hours a year, five was about all right and very important. Nothing in between the only thing that that should go to your mouth is what water, water, water, only water and that’s contrary, and you understand what we’re saying here – that’s contrary to what that is, generally um given or prescribed. Yes, welcome back to our um health update, we’re talking about diabetes and right now we were talking about the um, the health aspect of the eight laws of health. When is the best time to eat continued moderation right so um. We are talking about god’s way to reverse diabetes and um.

Another very important um ingredient in reversing diabetes is rest. I spoke about um that a little bit earlier, but we have to be in bed by 9 00 pm all right and we need to get at least seven hours of rest that will be intriguing to reversing diabetes, water. You also touched um earlier. What is very important? Half your body weight in ounces, every single how day you know that your your body needs water is the color of your urine. All right, color of your urine should be you know, very light, yellow color, very light. All right. If your urine is concentrated, that means you’re dehydrated, all right, nutrition, very important. What to eat all right, pocket cheese, the the father of modern medicine, said your food should be your medicine, all right, so um, one of the things that needs to be monitored in your diet is the cons, consumption of oils all right. Um. We spoke earlier that oil is the number one culprit when it comes out to diabetes. That um. That cell gets coated with oil with fat and insulin is not able to open the door for the sugar to go in so that sugar piles up in the bloodstream, and that’s why we get those high readings. So too much oil, too much fat in our diet causes that so there has to be a significant reduction in oil, that is, in your diet, sweet as well all right use natural sweetness, honey, maple syrup, stevia, agave, all right, those those have a lower glycemic index And um, so so so so we bring um see a a specific protocol that can be used to reverse diabetes. Last one pure air, i mean touch it available, crack your windows, you know fresh air to come in, go outside in the days. You know. Take some deep breath and breathe in and let that air out, so you you want to ensure that you’re getting fresh air in your lungs every single day and you’re, beginning to see how simple it is or very simple.

It is to reverse diabetes amen. So you know we see the physical, oh, yes, i’m sorry, one more point down, don’t mean to cut you in terms of i mentioned what we should cut back on all right um. I failed to mention what we should be eating all right, i’m touching it a little bit, but just to make it clear. We want a diet, rich in vegetables, nuts, fruits and grains. That is a diet in the bible that god gave man to eat. So from all nutrition, or that is rich in those types of food in your right proportions, all right we will um, we will. So that’s where we’re going to be able to answer some of those questions, but also we know that disease has a physical and a spiritual basis and well. I know we have not really covered too much of the spiritual basis, but uh, rather than do you have something to bring on a spiritual basis. Yes, yes, yeah um, with all that uh we shared today um in light of the laws of health. We know for a fact that the most important um law of them all is trusting – god, god [ Music, ], [ Music ] to participate or cooperate with all those laws. Um. I want to share some uh word with you uh briefly um. This is taken from the book of luke chapter 17 and verse 19 dealing with jesus, and we want to consider. We want to consider this verse this luke chapter 17, we’re going to consider verse, um we’re going to consider verse 17 and we’re going to read 17 verses, 18 and 19

And the bible says in jesus answering said: were there not 10 cleansed, but whether the nine they are not found that return to give glory to god, said save this stranger and he said unto him arise, go thy way. Thy faith hath made the whole so as it relates to this process of of being healed from diabetes um. The lord jesus christ would like for us to to have faith right, and so our faith needs to be anchored in christ and christ alone, because it is him who’s going to be able to reverse the diabetes. And i want to add this here, because the people on the screen are going to be seeing this right now, but we have seen people with their legs. Looking like this, okay come back to be made whole again and, as my brother was talk, he’s talking about the physical and the spiritual aspect, the spiritual aspect of being made. This is some of the things that i want you to see of what disease diabetes does and how god can bring it back to normal. Yeah, amen, amen, man, so so as uh. We want to understand that it is christ, and christ alone was able to fully heal us um from our diabetes, but not only does christ want us to be healed from uh our physical melodies, but mainly uh, our spiritual, melodies um, we’re told we went over this Earlier that disease is what is an effort of nature to free the system, from condition that results from the violation of the laws of health. So there’s no disease that occurs without a violation of the laws of health. So therefore, it is um apparent for us to uh confess our our sins to god that he is able to cleanse us not from just diabetes alone, but also from our spiritual maladies um. So i would just like to uh, encourage us, encourage you guys out there who may be suffering from diabetes to uh, fully uh put our trust solely in god, who was able to heal us from all diseases, amen and see the spiritual aspect of it and the Spiritual thing about the denzel bring out here is so key is that the foundation of healing the foundation of healing comes from the law of jesus christ, okay, all the other stuff that we mentioned eight laws of hell.

Even right now i was gon na mention stuff, like um, green juicing, green beans and drinking one ounce. Three times a day. Those kind of stuff is just um secondary. These are like the walls. Okay foundation is the trust in gold, but the walls on the roof is the exercise. Is the rest. You understand me everything that is comprise the building. You understand me and this building back into health. So, as i mentioned something like juicing green beans and drinking just the regular green beans um, they call it spring beans. What do you all call it backward butchers, green beans, one ounces of what ounces one ounce three times a day, gon na help to lower your blood sugar by 30 points? Okay, you don’t enjoy anybody, know any other um any other herb, because i want to make sure that it gives them something when it comes. Look: okay, because um herbs like um, prickly prayer, prickly, pear, okay, you all know what i’m talking about there’s another one. That’S jamaican, we call it that’s in the caribbean, we call it tamarack very good to lower the blood sugar. Okay, any other thing um we have. We have um stevia, oh savior, incidentally, stevia um is is a sweetener that does not affect the glycemic index and it’s also good for diabetes. Yes, so there’s burgering, there’s garlic.
